Week 38 -- August 10 - 16, 2009

I woke up at 4am! I am keeping my fingers crossed that I won't have cramps at 4:58am!
Wed am, I woke up with cramps at 4:58am.
Wed pm, I woke up with cramps at 4:38pm.
I am a systematic person and I like to find correlations of events. So, if the pre-labour cramps happen once every 12 hours, the next wave of cramps might be hitting me in 16 mins!
So the scheduled c-section has been moved up to 8am on Aug 17 instead of 10am on Aug 17. We will need to get to the hospital at 6am. Surgery will take about an hour, and I will be staying at the hosptial (I got myself a private room with a TV! YAY!) for three nights. So, Baby Bethany and I will be discharged on Thursday (exactly one week from today). Baby Bethany's first doctor appointment will be next Friday Aug 21 at 11:15am.
